2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with RunwayEasy for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans
  • No questions asked - we respect your decision

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  2. Include your account email address
  3. Mention "Refund Request" in your message

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. After the 14-Day Period

After the initial 14-day period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days.
  • Annual subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual period. Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for annual plans with more than 6 months remaining.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
